Allergies

William the Conqueror

The sneezing fits won't go away,
The stuffy nose is here to stay.
Oh, allergies,
You are impossible to slay.

They make their rounds every year,
They make me want to disappear.
Oh, allergies,
Who made me your volunteer?

They suck in my essence,
I'm haunted by their presence.
Oh, allergies,
Since when are you the quintessence?

You're impossible to overpower,
You think of me as a coward.
Oh, allergies,
You attack me with your pollen showers.

You bombard me when I am outdoors,
Walking through Nature becomes a chore.
Oh, allergies,
I'll hate you now and forevermore.
